About Valor Resource Group
Valor Resource Group was founded on a simple belief: that the people who serve our country and our communities deserve access to reliable, dignified, and professional services — and that small businesses built with purpose can deliver them. We are a woman-owned, minority-owned limited liability company based in San Tan Valley, Arizona, currently providing medical courier and specimen transport services to healthcare facilities, clinics, and community health programs across the region.
Valor Resource Group is led by a founder with more than four years of hands-on experience in healthcare data operations — spanning medical records management at a leading national health data company and employer insurance services at a globally recognized professional services firm. That background means we understand HIPAA compliance, chain-of-custody documentation, and the precision that healthcare and government clients require — not as concepts, but as daily practice.
Our long-term mission is veteran community stabilization. We are actively building toward offering six-month transitional housing for veterans and their families, paired with employment connections through partnerships with local businesses and agencies. We believe stable housing and meaningful work are the two things most likely to change a veteran’s trajectory — and we are building the infrastructure to deliver both.
Medical courier services are our foundation and current revenue engine. As we grow, we are pursuing credentialing and partnerships to expand into mobile drug and alcohol testing, DNA and paternity collection, and compliance support services. Every step is intentional — building a compliant, sustainable, multi-service organization that federal agencies, state programs, and community partners can rely on. We are currently completing our SAM.gov registration as part of our federal contracting readiness.

Our Services
Medical Courier Services
Valor Resource Group currently provides medical courier and specimen transport services to healthcare facilities, clinics, VA programs, and community health organizations. We handle specimen pickup and delivery, clinic-to-lab and lab-to-lab transport, STAT and scheduled deliveries, and HIPAA-aligned documentation — with the reliability and chain-of-custody controls that healthcare partners require.
Mobile Drug Testing
Mobile drug, alcohol, DNA, and paternity testing is a primary focus for Valor Resource Group alongside our courier launch. We are actively pursuing DOT and non-DOT certifications, compliance credentials, and the partnerships needed to deliver accurate, reliable on-site testing for individuals, families, employers, and agencies. Our foundation in HIPAA-regulated healthcare operations gives us the compliance discipline this work requires from day one. We are currently accepting inquiries from employers, agencies, and community partners interested in working with us as we finalize our testing credentials and launch timeline.
Transitional Housing & Community Programs
Valor Resource Group is building a veteran-centered transitional housing program providing six-month stability paired with employment connections through local business and agency partnerships. Alongside this, we are developing compliance support and case management services including policy development, documentation support, and program coordination for organizations serving veterans and vulnerable populations. Both programs are currently in development as we establish the credentials and partnerships needed to deliver them with the quality our community deserves.
