REFUND POLICY (DNA & DRUG TESTING)

Drug Testing Refund Policy

Because drug testing involves immediate collection and supplies, all drug testing fees are non‑refundable once the collector arrives on‑site.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The collector has not yet been dispatched
• The appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance

DNA Testing Refund Policy

Legal DNA Tests (AABB)

Refunds are not available once:

• The kit has been opened
• The collector has arrived
• The chain‑of‑custody process has begun

If the appointment is canceled before dispatch, a partial refund may be issued minus:

• Administrative fees
• Shipping fees (if applicable)

Non‑Legal / Self‑Swab Kits

Refunds are available only if the kit is unopened and returned within 14 days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened kits
• Used kits
• Lost or damaged kits
• Lab processing fees

Shipping Refunds

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Laboratory Refunds

Once a specimen is sent to the lab, no refunds can be issued for:
